Imperial Chinese New Year at Shang Palace
Start the Year of the Rabbit with a Cantonese culinary feast curated by executive chef Daniel Cheung at Shang Palace! Guests can indulge in Chinese New Year Set Menus (starts at S$188 or S$118 for vegetarian) such as Happiness Set Menu, Prosperity Set Menu, Harmonious Set Menu, and Opulence Set Menu Joyous Set Menu that includes a Fortune Yu Sheng with Norwegian smoked salmon, poached lobster, or vegetarian fish. A Chinese New Year À La Carte Menu is also available for those who prefer to order a specific dish.

At the Zhongshan Park branch, an eight-course Prosperity Menu (S$288 for four pax), Fortune Menu (S$388 for four pax), Harmony Menu (S$688 for 8-10 pax), Abundance Menu (S$888 for 8-10 pax), and six-course Vegetarian Menu (S$48 per pax) with salmon, sliced clams, and baby abalone yu sheng are available for guests.

Afterward, satisfy your tastebuds with refined Cantonese cuisine by Head Chef Lim Hong Lih such as Deep-fried Lobster, Apple, and Honey Sauce (S$58); Braised Hokkaido Scallops, Ee-fu Noodles, and Truffle Sauce (S$38); Chilled Sweetened Water Chestnut, Red Dates, Lotus Seed, and Peach Gum (S$18); and Wok-fried Tiger Prawns, Mango, and Mixed Peppers (S$48).
