Culinary Awards

Chef Pam is a culinary expert and the chef-owner of Potong, one of Asia’s best restaurants in 2023. She's set to receive her award at the official ceremony on March 26 in Seoul, South Korea.

Some of the world’s top-notch wine connoisseurs will join the competition’s judging panel, led by renowned winemaker Eddie McDougall and highly accredited Master of Wines.

A total of 95 restaurants were awarded Michelin Stars at the 15th edition of the 2023 Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau held at the Grand Lisboa Palace.
