Last month, we saw the streaming giant drop the bomb with the much-awaited availability of award-winning South Korean film “Parasite.” In June, the Hallyu craze isn’t taking a pause anytime soon as “Money Heist Korea” – the South Korean adaptation of the beloved Spanish crime series – makes its debut. Money Heist Korea

The Korean remake of crime drama TV series “Money Heist” is set to air later in June in lockstep with the original plot of misfit robbers led by The Professor. The adaptation is set in a fictional Joint Economic Area where North and South Korea are expected to peacefully reunify after a decades-long conflict. Yes, the nine original characters are in the show and retain the iconic red jumpsuits. Notably, “Squid Game” actor Park Hae-so plays Berlin.
