Bar Paul and Paul Smith Installation Opening in Hong Kong
Paul Smith, the widely celebrated British design brand, is bringing its classy urban chic and iconic stripes to Hong Kong.
On 28 September 2024, the new exciting pop-up venture, Bar Paul, opens at Harbour City Maritime View.
This marks the first-ever Bar Paul to open in Asia, and it is timed perfectly with the launch of Paul Smith's Stripe Illuminated installation. Three 3x3-meter cubes seamlessly merge Paul Smith’s dynamic brand story with Hong Kong’s vibrant culture of neon lights.
Bar Paul delivers a one-of-a-kind wine-tasting experience on the Ocean Terminal Deck, inspired by the charm of 1960s Italian cafes.
Guests can unwind with handcrafted cocktails and specially curated drinks. Take in the stunning views of the Victoria Harbour skyline at sunset and admire Smith's spectacular installation at the observation deck.
Bar Paul highlights include brand-new gin cocktails designed exclusively for Paul Smith. The “Sloe Sunset” is a refreshing blend which captures the rosy hues of dusk, and The Standard Chartered cocktail “Shiso Cool,” is a vibrant blue drink with the bold taste of gin; complemented by herbal and minty flavors.
Visitors can also enjoy an array of drinks ranging from wine and sake to beer, whisky, and juice.
If you want a bite to eat, Harbour City restaurants: Auntie MALAY, Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill, and Yamamoto House will offer free tastings of their delicacies. Expect cute miniburgers, buffalo wings and satay skewers.
Bar Paul will run on weekends from 28 September to 27 October 2024, and the installation will be on display until 10 November.
Tickets are available for HK$150, which include a “wine-tasting wristband.” Standard Chartered cardholders can get an exclusive deal for just HK$80. Each wristband entitles you to two drinks of your choice, plus a free designated snack or personalized gift (while supplies last). Get your tickets here.
