BaseHall Adds New Culinary Delights and Nightlife Entertainment

Hong Kong’s bustling dining destination, BaseHall, is about to get livelier with the addition of new vendors and nightlife experiences!

This month, the food spot has welcomed four new culinary gems into its space, including Swiss-Italian diner Nocino, Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee Twins Liangpi, Japanese casual dining Don Bowls & Rolls by Sushi Fujimoto, and local cafe Pinky Bakery.

Gracing BaseHall 1 is Nocino, offering fares like Wagyu Beef Tartare (HK$68), Casarecce (HK$128), Casarecce (HK$128), and Odette Tiramisu (HK$58), among others.

Meanwhile, at BaseHall 2, Don Bowls & Rolls by Sushi Fujimoto offers its diners a scrumptious selection of Japanese fares like donburi and hand rolls. Some of the highlights include Teriyaki Chicken Don (HK$88), Sea Urchin Hand Roll (HK$98), and Japanese style Deep-Fried Chicken (HK$30).

Twins Liangpi is also set up in BaseHall 2, offering Michelin-quality dishes, including its signature Cold Steamed Noodle (HK$38). Other dishes guests can get here are Cold Dan Dan Noodles (HK$48), Cold Tossed Preserved Egg (HK$46), and Cucumber and Black Fungus (HK$42).

Over at Pinky Bakery at BaseHall 2, pastry lovers can get their hands on uniquely flavoured baked goods, such as the Banana Earl Grey Muffin (HK$32), Sour Cream Bagel (HK$58), Chorizo Cheese Bagel (HK$35), and Pesto Tomato Bagel (HK$32), among others.

That’s not all, because BaseHall is also holding a series of night-time entertainment programmes in BaseHall 2 from March through April.
