Butter Cookies Shop Opens Pop-up with New Flavours at The Upper House
Luxury Hong Kong hotel The Upper House is currently playing host to a new pop-up location from Black Sheep’s yummy Butter Cookies, kicking off Spring with new cookie flavours.
Headed up by Chef Karys Plaxe, the all-American Butter pop-up will run from now until Jun. 30, and offers a range of all-American treats, including Ginger Molasses and Chewy Oatmeal Raisin, as well as its newly added M&M and Butter’s Classic, a soft vanilla cookie with pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles.
A specialised milk bar is also provided, featuring vanilla infused milk (HK$10 per glass), chocolate oat milk (HK$15 per glass) or cinnamon almond milk (HK$15 per glass) to wash down the delicious buttery biscuits.
Guests can purchase a single cookie for HK$25, a half dozen for HK$135, or a dozen for HK$250. The pop-up is the perfect, nostalgic combination: traditional American treats, presented in a vintage American diner setting in the luxurious Upper House hotel in Hong Kong.
