Chueca, beloved tapas gem on Gough Street in Central, is bringing the vibrant spirit of Spanish summer to Hong Kong with its freshly launched weekend brunch and evening tasting menus.

At the heart of this offering is Chef Jordi Vallés Claverol, a master of Spanish cuisine. His five-course brunch menu (HK$498 per person, minimum two people) is now available every Saturday and Sunday, with an option to add a two-hour free-flow beverage package (HK$238 per person), featuring Cava, wines, Sangria, Negroni, and draught beer.

The brunch journey begins with the Royal Chilled Seafood Platter, a decadent array of Tiger Prawns, Fine de Claire Oysters, Ceviche with sea urchin and scallop, and Tuna Tartare with avocado. Guests can then choose from a variety of starters, such as the melt-in-your-mouth Iberico Ham with Tomato Bread, a crispy Gem Lettuce Salad, and the indulgent Crab Roll.

For the main course, diners can enjoy signature dishes like the Carabinero Rice, rich with the umami flavors of scarlet Spanish crustaceans, or the sumptuous USDA Prime Rib-eye Steak, perfectly pan-seared and served with triple-fried potatoes and roasted garlic. Other options include a tender Spring Chicken, Ibérico Pork with Romesco sauce, and Alaska Halibut with lobster salsa verde. The experience is sweetly concluded with either a delightful Ice Cream Sandwich or the refreshing Coconut & Berries.

In the evenings, Chueca's seasonal Tasting Menu(HK$580 per person, minimum two people) invites diners to savor the best of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine. This multicourse feast includes Tuna Tartare, Padron Peppers, Ham Croquettes, and the must-try Carabinero Rice, ending with a double dessert of Basque-style Cheesecake and Flan de Nata.
