Former CHAAT chef Manav Tuli is back on the F&B scene with the opening of Leela, a modern Indian restaurant housed in Lee Garden Three in Causeway Bay. Pairing up with Jia Group, Leela explores the tapestry of Indian cuisine through a modern lens. India’s rich gastronomical regions will be showcased, with local produce and ingredients from Hong Kong farms employed in lunch and dinner menus. This is one to look out for!

Aap Ba Din, a Chinese private dining restaurant, is a captivating culinary destination offering an emphasis on Cantonese cuisine through chef-led, omakase-style dining. Head Chef Adam Chung, with his extensive experience in Hong Kong and Macanese establishments, curates daily menus based on the freshest market ingredients. Blending traditional technique with global influences, Chung delights guests with signature dishes like goose liver mousse with caviar and roasted crispy chicken with aged tangerine peel. Melody Restaurant Opens in Sai Ying Pun for All-day Dining, Drinking, and Partying
New house of food, music, and vibes, Melody opened in Sai Ying Pun in late October to much fanfare, replacing the former Potato Head and embodying the Sai Wan tenancy of a haunt perfect for all-day sipping, biting, and dancing. The bar is manned by British-born and bred Kaan Gilmour serving tangy and spicy tipples, with Chef Jamie Draper taking charge in the kitchen. He previously worked at Mr. Wolf and brings with him his hearty recipes to the Josper Grill at Melody.

Takumi Mixology Salon, an intimate 18-seat venue, offers an exceptional Japanese cocktail bar experience combining personalised drinks with unmatched hospitality. Led by Chief Group Bartender Rayven Leung, a rising star in Hong Kong’s cocktail community, the salon embodies craftsmanship and artistry. BEDU Names Ali Ahmadpour as New Head Chef, Refreshes Menu
Ali Ahmadpour takes on the role as BEDU’s new head chef, bringing with him an exciting menu that will showcase the Middle Eastern restaurant and bar’s variety of flavours and textures. Chef Ali boasts 12 years of experience cooking Middle Eastern and Persian cuisine, working his way up through Iran’s popular kitchens before joining Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Hotel in Muscat, Oman as the chef of Middle Eastern cuisine. Under his guidance, BEDU’s new menu spotlights Persian cuisine that borrows inspiration from the chef’s childhood.
