Estro x Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin's Special Menu in Hong Kong

MICHELIN-starred Italian fine dining restaurant Estro has announced an exclusive collaboration with Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin for a special menu on Jan. 25 and 26.

The event will give guests a chance to experience a one-of-a-kind unique culinary experience as Estro’s Chef Antimo Maria Merone whips up a seafood symphony alongside Chef Luca Fantin’s signature dishes from Tokyo.

The event, themed “Il mare D’inverno - the Winter Sea,” draws inspiration from the enchanting song of Loredana Berte in 1984. Guests can anticipate a delectable seafood journey through an array of dishes, including Langoustine with asparagus, olive oil, and lemon and Blue Lobster with turnip tops!

You can choose to dive into luxury with an eight-course dinner (HK$2,880 + 10% service charge) or opt for the six-course lunch (HK$1,880 + 10% service charge) and have a taste of Italian gastronomy like no other.
