ESTRO, a one MICHELIN-starred Italian fine-dining restaurant in Hong Kong, is thrilled to announce an exclusive collaboration with Tokyo’s Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin on January 25th and 26th, 2024. This event marks a unique fusion of Italian culinary artistry, led by Chef Antimo Maria Merone of ESTRO and the renowned Chef Luca Fantin.

This two-day event will feature an 8-course dinner and a 6-course lunch, priced at HK$2,880 + 10% service charge and HK$1,880 + 10% service charge respectively. The menus, inspired by the theme "Il mare D’inverno- the Winter Sea", are a tribute to Italian gastronomy with a focus on seafood dishes, including both chefs’ signature creations.

Chef Antimo Maria Merone, a Naples native, is known for his innovative approach to Neapolitan cuisine at ESTRO. Chef Luca Fantin, stationed at the prestigious Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin in Ginza, Tokyo, brings his unique blend of Italian and Japanese influences to the collaboration. Together, they promise an unparalleled dining experience that showcases the beauty and ingenuity of Italian cuisine.

Guests can look forward to dishes like AORIKA with cauliflower and black truffle, langoustine with asparagus, olive oil sabayon, and lemon, spaghetti with sea urchin and tomato, and more. Each course is a testament to the chefs' shared dedication to crafting remarkable dining experiences.

Step into a cultural deep dive at “The Cha Chaan Teng Codex — Tales of Invisible Designs,” running from April 1 to July 31, 2026, at GATE33 Gallery, AIRSIDE. This immersive exhibition takes Hong Kong’s iconic cha chaan teng culture as its foundation, expanding into design, history, and multi-sensory storytelling through a research-driven curatorial approach.

Visitors can explore a re-creation of the former Hoi On Coffee Shop, offering insight into traditional interiors and spatial design, alongside a life-size beverage station that reveals the fast-paced workflow behind classic cha chaan teng service. The highly anticipated "Lines of EVANGELION" Hong Kong Original Art Exhibition takes over INCUBASE Arena in Mong Kok from May 23 to July 12, 2026, offering fans an immersive journey into one of anime’s most influential franchises. Following a successful run in Seoul, the exhibition now makes its Hong Kong debut with more than 500 rare original key animation drawings, historic cels, background art, and exclusive locally created illustrations inspired by the iconic series.

Since debuting in 1995, "Neon Genesis Evangelion" has shaped the worlds of animation, design, and pop culture through its striking visual language, psychological themes, and symbolic storytelling. Centered around the concept of “lines,” the exhibition explores the intricate artistry behind the franchise, from character contours and mechanical designs to the series’ recognizable typography and visual composition.

Visitors can expect immersive installations, fan Easter eggs, and a blend of digital and hand-drawn presentation techniques that bring the Evangelion universe to life.
