Fortnum & Mason Ushers in a Fantastical Christmas at K11 MUSEA

Fortnum & Mason 181 at K11 MUSEA is embracing the spirit of Christmas with festivities across new delightful food and drink offerings for a family fun-filled season.
Beginning Nov. 28, 2025, the British heritage brand will roll out a curated seasonal menu, featuring showstopping dishes like sous-vide Irish Kelly Bronze turkey with maple-glazed Brussels sprouts and a European blue lobster angel hair pasta flambéed tableside. Sweet tooths can indulge in festive desserts such as a molten chocolate soufflé with eggnog ice cream or spiced pumpkin crème brûlée.

Running until Dec. 31, the restaurant will also be partnering with local award-wining tea bar Tell Camellia to introduce four exclusive cocktails inspired by Fortnum’s signature tea blends.
These seasonal sips are served with three afternoon tea experiences: Classic, Savoury, and High Tea, each with delicately plated pastries, gourmet savories, and holiday-themed centerpieces.


Beyond the table, Fortnum & Mason brings back its beloved Father Christmas storytelling sessions this December, inviting families to celebrate the magic of the season in the cosiest way. For intimate celebrations, 181 also offers private dining experiences with harbour views and elegant set menus.
