Missed Jimmy’s Kitchen? Turn your frowns upside down, because the legendary and historic restaurant has come back!

Following its closure in 2020, Jimmy’s Kitchen has made its grand return to Hong Kong with a new space at the Pedder Building in Central, just a few steps away from its previous location at Theatre Lane.

Celebrating almost 100 years since its launch in Shanghai, the new Jimmy’s Kitchen in Hong Kong serves its classics, including the Jimmy’s Chicken Madras (HK$228), along with a range of modern British and continental cuisine fares.

Some of the menu highlights guests can look forward to at the newly revamped location are the Angus Beef Mince on Toast (HK$168), the 14-day dry-aged Seared ‘Prince des Dombes’ Duck Breast (HK$358), and the Cavalier Wagyu Sirloin (HK$1,888 for sharing). Meanwhile, seafood lovers can indulge in King Crab Leg (HK$228) or Bluefin Tuna (HK$188), among others.

For dessert, some of their must-tries are the Strawberry Omelette (HK$198) and the Baked Alaska (HK$228). The restaurant also offers East-West inspired cocktails, such as the Espresso Martini and the Jimmy Borscht Mary, priced at HK$140 each.

To cater to its patrons’ enthusiasm for sociable evenings and long lunches, the diner upgraded its seating capacity to 160 pax. across its casually elegant dining lounge, crudo bar, cocktail bar, main dining rooms, and private dining space.

Designed by one of Hong Kong’s renowned interior designers, Hernan Zanghellini, the restaurant exudes a mix of different design inspirations, while still retaining Jimmy’s Kitchen’s DNA.
