NOOK Café Unveils a Nostalgic Dining Experience with a Modern Twist

NOOK, an all-day café, is set to open its doors on May 30, offering a unique blend of Cantonese street food and international flavors. Singular Concepts' latest F&B destination aims to celebrate Hong Kong's cultural diversity by modernizing traditional street food, inspired by local cha chaan teng restaurants.
Located in the vibrant Quarry Bay area, NOOK’s interior design combines traditional and contemporary elements, creating an inviting atmosphere where east meets west. The café not only focuses on delectable cuisine but also aims to be a hub of culinary innovation and a place of connection for guests.

At the helm of NOOK's culinary direction is Chef Jon Lee, who combines his grandmother's age-old Cantonese recipes with global twists. Lee's expertise, honed under renowned chefs including Petrous Moldovan, promises to deliver creative fusion dishes.
NOOK's signature dishes include Truffle Siu Mai, Spicy Fish Balls, Rice Roll with unique sauces, Satay Wagyu Beef Loading, and Yeung Chow Quesadillas. Each dish reflects the café's commitment to merging traditional Cantonese flavors with international culinary techniques. The café will also place an emphasis on philanthropy, with a portion of its profits supporting the Cambodian Children Fund.
