Pici Launches Limited time Pasta Rodeo Menu for Beef Lovers till Jun 25

If you like beef and pasta, don’t miss this one. Pici has just dropped their latest limited-time menu, Pasta Rodeo, featuring beefed-up, beefy pasta dishes available from May 16 at all seven Pici locations in Hong Kong.

From May 16, head on down to your local Pici, whether it’s Wan Chai, Taikoo Place, or Kennedy Town, and savour the menu featuring five beefy dishes, including two starters, two pasta dishes, and a dessert to share.

Be sure to try the Baked Bone Marrow (HK$170), a bone-licking appetiser with roasted marrow and garlic, served with a side of sourdough toast, Westholme Wagyu Beef Tongue (HK$120) from Northern Australia, accompanied by zesty salsa verde and pearl onions. And Tagliatelle Short Ribs (HK$230), featuring slow-cooked Angus short rib on the bone, Chianti red wine, and saffron cream.

Other great choices for an umami exploration at your neighbourhood Pici location are the Cavaletti alla Genovese Napoletana (HK$170) with melt-in-your-mouth Westholme Wagyu M6 brisket, white onion, parsley, white wine, and aged cheese, and ending the meal with Peach Crumble (HK$140) topped with cinnamon whipped cream.

The Pasta Rodeo menu is lasting from May 16 to Jun. 5 at Pici Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui, and from Jun. 6 to Jun. 25 at Pici Wan Chai, Kennedy Town, Taikoo Place, and Tseung Kwan O.
