Rosewood HK Partners with NY's Eleven Madison Park for Pop-up on Nov. 14-17
This November, Hong Kong will witness a gastronomic event like no other, as the iconic Rosewood Hong Kong collaborates with New York's celebrated three-Michelin-starred, plant-based restaurant, Eleven Madison Park from Nov. 14-15 and 17.
Helmed by the ingenious Chef Daniel Humm, this extraordinary five-day residency at Asaya Kitchen promises to be a highlight in Hong Kong’s culinary calendar, as guests will indulge in an exquisite eight-course plant-based tasting menu, inspired by Eleven Madison Park’s signature dishes.
Priced at HK$3,988, this epicurean delight will be crafted using the freshest produce sourced from local organic farms. Elevating the experience further, each dish will be complemented by a wine pairing, meticulously curated by Eleven Madison Park’s Wine Director, Gabriel Di Bella.
But the initiative doesn't end at the dining table. Chef Daniel, in partnership with the Hong Kong Vocational Council’s International Culinary Institute, will be hosting intimate classes to share his passion and expertise with students in the sustainable, plant-based culinary arts.
Public dinner bookings are available on Nov. 14-15 and 17. Book here to confirm your place.
