A Spark of Madness is on a mission to make sparks fly in Hong Kong this Valentine’s season by hosting its first-ever singles food tour.

This love month, the local sauce maker is inviting singles to step away from dating apps and try something a little more flavorful with its Singles Mad Food Tour, happening on Feb. 11 and 12, 2026. Designed for those looking to meet new people in a relaxed, fun setting, the event is limited to just six men and six women per night, keeping things intimate and easygoing. The first evening is tailored for singles under 30, while the second night welcomes those over 30, ensuring a crowd that’s comfortably in the same stage of life.

Over the course of two and a half hours, participants will hop between five food stops and two drink stops, enjoying a curated lineup of local eats while soaking in the city’s lively atmosphere. It’s an evening built around great food, good company, and the chance to connect naturally. No awkward small talk or swiping, just shared plates, city vibes, and maybe even a spark or two along the way.
