Pici Unveils Seasonal Mushroom Menu

Savor the earthy flavors and unique textures of Mushroom Season at Pici!
Since the popularity of their Seafood Limited Menu volumes 1 and 2, Hong Kong’s favorite neighborhood pasta spot, Pici, has just launched their Mushroom Season exclusive menu.
Running from Sept. 1-30, 2024, this limited-time menu spotlights a unique blend of handmade pasta with seasonal ingredients. Try their four new creations, which will have you relishing every bite. Each dish showcases the versatility and depth of mushrooms, transforming them into delightful flavor profiles that celebrate the essence of autumn.

Highlights include the Pappardelle Salsiccia e Porcini(HK$140) - made with Pici's classic handmade pasta, tossed with porcini, Italian sausage and creamy goat cheese.
The Ravioli Sottobosco (HK$180) features the rare morel mushrooms. They are famous for their unique, honeycomb-like cap and luscious flavor. This ravioli dish is filled with rich gorgonzola and creamy ricotta, then smothered in a mushroom cream sauce, and finally topped with saffron-infused cheese. You may enjoy it solo or add it to the dinner tasting menu for HK$20.

Of course, we can’t forget about Funghi Ripieni - the perfect choice for vegetarians. Priced at HK$88, this delight features baked button mushrooms, melted smoked scamorza cheese and fresh spinach.
For sweet tooths, the Pear Panna Cotta (HK$60), dessert offers a sweeter and more delicate flavor compared to the regular menu Raspberry Panna Cotta. It's infused with cinnamon and cardamom, served with a pear compote and a sprinkle of pink pepper.

Whether you’re a mushroom enthusiast or simply want to indulge in something new, Pici's Mushroom Season menu promises a memorable dining experience. The new menu is available at all Pici restaurants in Hong Kong, including Central, Taikoo Place, Sha Tin and Tsim Sha Tsui.
