You can now experience making your travel plans more seamless and comfortable, as international airline Emirates has recently unveiled their newest Travel Store in Hong Kong, the very first in East Asia.
Located in the Nexxus Building in Central, the 1,500-square-foot retail space offers a wide range of premium services, including ticketing, flight reservations, and personalized customerassistance, all inside a lounge-like space adorned with modern furniture.

Aside from these premium services, visitors can get their hands on various merchandise and accessories they can use for their travels. They can also get a firsthand preview of the top-notch comfort of Emirates flights through the limited-time Premium Economy Class seat displayed inside the store.
To enhance the experience, the store has smart technology-powered self-service screens, allowing customers to avail themselves of their services faster and minimizing waiting time. There are also large interactive screens, which visitors can use to take selfies against Emirates backgrounds.

From now until July 31, customers visiting the store can also sign up for the Emirates Skywards programme and get a bonus of 2,000 Skywards Miles. To learn more about it, click here.
“The city has always been strategically important for us, and by launching our first travel store in Central Hong Kong, we aim to offer our valued customers an elevated travel retail experience and better deliver Emirates’ hospitality at every step of the customer journey,” said Orhan Abbas, Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, Far East at Emirates, in a press release.
Currently, Emirates operates 21 flights each week between Hong Kong and Dubai. The airline has also recently reopened its Emirates Lounge at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and launched its Chauffeur-Drive Service last February, giving their customers enhanced travel experiences.
