Emirates Now Offers Complimentary Chauffeur-Drive Services in HK

Get to your destination in comfort and style with Emirates. Business class passengers of the airline can now take advantage of their complimentary Chauffeur-Drive Service (CDS) in Hong Kong. Starting Feb. 1, Emirates passengers from the Business Class arriving at and departing from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) will be entitled to a door-to-door transport service. Premium passengers can choose among a range of luxurious vehicles for a comfortable and convenient experience, including Mercedes Benz S-Class or BMW Full Electric i7 models.

Emirates works with partners that provide standard cars and knowledgeable drivers, ensuring you will get the best possible service. The complimentary CDS also covers unlimited mileage except for some locations that require special entry permits like Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Park Island, Huang Guang Control Point, and Shenzhen Bay Port.

Upon your landing, you will be guided by CDS staff stationed at the Arrival Hall to your designated vehicles. For departures, keep in mind that you must meet the minimum pick-up time requirement of 3 hours before your flight.

To book this, travellers must arrange their chauffeur-drive pick-up at least 12 hours before their flights through the “Manage My Booking” option on their website or Emirates’ call centres and travel agents.
