Get ready for the ultimate thrill and out-of-this-world experience! Ocean Park Hong Kong, the marine-themed amusement park, is teaming up with Shun Tak Holdings and AJ Hackett International to create the highly anticipated Adventure Zone, designed to deliver heart-racing excitement for visitors of all ages.

Scheduled to open in 2028, the location of the Adventure Zone will be on the developed hillside of the upper park at Ocean Park, spanning approximately 120,000 square meters.

The Adventure Zone takes full advantage of its stunning location, offering sweeping views of the South China Sea. Replacing the location of the retired Raging River and Mine Train, it promises to be a game-changer for adrenaline junkies.

The Adventure Zone will require a separate admission ticket. One of the major highlights will be two massive ziplines — each stretching over 1,000 meters. One will soar above Water World, while the other will weave through lush, green bushland. Expect jaw-dropping vistas of Aberdeen Harbor and surrounding waterways as you zip by.

For those craving even more thrills, the Adventure Zone will feature three steep, adrenaline-pumping dry slides, with sharp turns and exhilarating drops. The iconic Mine Train area will be reimagined as a vibrant activity hub, complete with a scenic walkway and Ropes Park where visitors can test their limits.

Next to this will be The Alpine Coaster (Luge), offering a gravity-defying ride sure to make your stomach soar! Meanwhile, there will also be outdoor playgrounds, water play zones, climbing walls, and a Twin Bungy and a Giant Swing.

Ocean Park Hong Kong is also incorporating educational elements into the park – including interactive displays, puzzles, and information boards. Eco-friendly materials and conservation efforts will be woven throughout the zone, encouraging visitors to connect with nature while having a blast.
