Hotel ICON, Hong Kong’s first five-star hotel to introduce durian delicacies, presents an exclusive collection of artisanal durian cakes and pastries. Crafted by Executive Chef Danny Ho, known as the "Durian Prince" and trained under French pastry master Jean-François Arnaud, these creations feature premium D24 and D197 Musang King durians sourced from Malaysia.
