Celebrate the flavors, stories, and familiar sights of Kowloon with Avoca Autumn Whisky Cocktails, a seasonal cocktail collection inspired by the neighborhoods and traditions that define Hong Kong in autumn. Drawing from jade markets, Mid-Autumn lanterns, roasted chestnuts, and local folklore, the collection transforms beloved city memories into four distinctive whisky-based creations.

The lineup features "Jade Glow," inspired by the warm golden tones of Yau Ma Tei's Jade Market, combining Highland Park 12 YO, spiced rum, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau, and a touch of salt solution. "Red Lantern" pays tribute to Sham Shui Po's famous Lantern Street, where colorful lanterns illuminate the neighborhood during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Hotel ICON, Hong Kong’s first five-star hotel to introduce durian delicacies, presents an exclusive collection of artisanal durian cakes and pastries. Crafted by Executive Chef Danny Ho, known as the "Durian Prince" and trained under French pastry master Jean-François Arnaud, these creations feature premium D24 and D197 Musang King durians sourced from Malaysia.
