Hong Kong will host the 14th edition of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for the first time on March 25, 2026, with the awards ceremony taking place at the Kerry Hotel. This premier culinary event brings together the region’s most acclaimed chefs, restaurant teams, and gastronomic innovators, celebrating the very best of Asian cuisine. Last year’s edition saw Bangkok’s Gaggan named The Best Restaurant in Asia, with Hong Kong’s The Chairman and Wing ranking No. 2 and No. 3, making the city an apt host for this prestigious gathering.

Leading up to the ceremony, the programme offers a variety of experiences designed to connect chefs, industry insiders, and food enthusiasts. Highlights include #50BestTalks, a speaker series spotlighting culinary leaders; 50 Best Signature Sessions, which are collaborative dining experiences with top chefs; and the Chefs’ Feast, featuring the finest ingredients and dishes from Hong Kong’s food scene. Additional awards, including the Icon Award, Chefs’ Choice Award, Art of Hospitality Award, and Champions of Change Award, will be revealed in the weeks prior, alongside the extended 51-100 restaurant list.

The awards ceremony will be streamed live on the 50 Best YouTube channel, allowing viewers worldwide to witness the unveiling of Asia’s culinary elite. The event also provides an unparalleled opportunity to celebrate, learn, and connect with Asia’s most exciting culinary talent.
