The Piedmontese Festive Lunch, priced at HK$880, offers four decadent courses. Highlights include Piedmontese poached egg with Jerusalem artichoke foam, a choice of Carnaroli risotto with Gorgonzola and sausage or homemade Tajarin pasta with Alba white truffle (add HK$880), and a selection of mains like Fassona veal tongue in red wine, trout with carrot purée, or the luxurious Brittany blue lobster with Alba white truffle (add HK$880). Conclude with traditional Zabaione and festive panettone.
The 5-course Piedmontese Christmas Menu, priced at HK$1,380, features exquisite dishes such as Carmagnola bell peppers, Vitello tonnato, and Fassona veal tenderloin with Chanterelle mushrooms, with optional wine pairings for an additional HK$880. The festive meal concludes with a sweet note of Zabaione and panettone, a nod to Italian holiday traditions.
Prices for both menus are subject to a 10% service charge.
