Known for contemporary cocktails that celebrate its Vietnamese roots, STIR is the highest-ranked Vietnamese bar on the Asia’s 50 Best list and one of only three from the country to secure a spot.

For one night only, STIR’s award-winning Bar Manager Dinh Thép will showcase his craft on Cruise’s rooftop, serving up four signature creations featuring Naked Malt and No. 3 London Dry Gin: “Nấm & Hoa” Truffle Martini (HK$118)* – a dry martini made with No. 3 London Dry Gin infused with Black Truffle Oil and Elderflower Liqueur, “Xôi Mít” Jackfruit Sticky Rice (HK$118)* – a highball made with Naked Malt, Homemade Jackfruit Cordial, and Soda, “Tình Yêu Không Lời” Love Without Words (HK$118)* – a twist on the Whisky Sour with Naked Malt-infused Strawberry Tea, Passionfruit Liqueur, Sour Apple Liqueur, and Cherry Blossom Syrup, and “Vải Cả Lài” Jasmine-Groni (HK$118)* – a negroni with No. 3 London Dry Gin infused with Jasmine, Campari, Bianco Vermouth, and Lychee Liqueur.

The Cruise x STIR Saigon Guest Shift will take place at Cruise Restaurant & Bar on Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 5-10 PM. Walk-ins only, no reservations required.
