This annual competition has something for everyone, whether you’re a casual jogger or a seasoned ultra warrior. This year, channeling the spirit of "Dare to Summit," the race invites participants to take part in an exciting off-road adventure, push beyond their comfort zones, and experience the unmatched beauty of trail running!

Whether you're chasing your first finish line or eyeing a podium spot, TNF 100 has you covered with 14K, 55K, 100K solo races and the ever-popular 100K Team Relay, which has expanded to host 100 teams this year.

New to the trail? The 14K race is your perfect intro, open to runners aged 15 and up. Looking to push your endurance? The 55K and 100K routes will take you deep into Hong Kong’s most awe-inspiring terrain — and then some.

The 100K runners (solo and relay) will kick off under the stars at 10 PM on Dec. 19, tackling a punishing but picturesque route that winds through ten iconic peaks.

Expect steep climbs, hidden villages, endless stairs, and jaw-dropping views — from Pat Sin Leng to the towering Tai Mo Shan, Hong Kong’s highest peak. Runners will face the hilly cliffs of Tai To Yan as they sprint the Ngau Kwu Leng Trail to make it to the finish line. Think a scenic tour of the diverse landscapes of Hong Kong, with extra sweat!

The 55K race launches 8 AM on Dec. 20, offering a condensed but equally brutal slice of the action, starting with Pak Tai To Yan and Butterfly Hill, before ascending the Thousand-Step Stairway of Cloudy Hill, Lung Mun and Tai Mo Shan, culminating in the Ng Tung Chai and Pak Tai To Yan route to the finish line.

And the 14K runners, hitting the trails on Dec. 21 at 9 AM, can enjoy a bite-sized adventure through Butterfly Hill and beyond, towards the scenic Pak Tai To Yan

This year’s 100K solo champions (male & female) will enter a HK$60,000 prize pool, while podium finishers and relay teams score gear and vouchers from The North Face.

Registration is now open on the Race Time Solution website. It’s first-come, first-served, and early birds save big before Sept. 1. Race fees range from HK$380 to HK$1,800, depending on your chosen challenge. Get ready to lace up and test your limits!
