How to Buy Hong Kong Rugby Sevens Tickets for March 2023 Tournament

Tickets for this year's Hong Kong Sevens are now live to purchase on the official Hong Kong Rugby website or Klook for Friday, weekend, or three-day tickets to enjoy the return of Asia’s best rugby tournament.

The Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens is a three-day tournament of non-stop community and professional male rugby sevens matches, played at Hong Kong stadium between Mar. 31 and Apr. 2.

Considered the premier tournament on the World Rugby Sevens Series competition, the Hong Kong Sevens is currently the seventh tournament on the World Series calendar, having been first played in 1976 with only 12 teams competing.

How to purchase Hong Kong Sevens tickets online

You can purchase Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or three-day tickets either from the official Hong Kong Rugby Union website or via Klook.

Prices for tickets remain frozen as per the pricing from the previous March 2019 Sevens tournament. A three-day event pass costs HK$1950 for adults and a three-day event pass at HK$950 is set for children under 12.

On Klook, you can purchase separate Friday entry tickets for HK$790 and Saturday or Sunday admission for HK$1180.

All tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis and while supplies last.

Members of local rugby clubs and Hong Kong Rugby Unions patrons have already purchased over 18,500 tickets via an exclusive sales period offered to the game’s key stakeholders.

“In addition to hosting a larger tournament than just a few months ago – with 26 teams instead of 16 and over 70 world-class matches, we are also welcoming the return of unfettered access to food and drink inside the stadium and greater international travel options into the city for our patrons,” CEO of Hong Kong Rugby Union, Robbie McRobbie said.

“We look forward to offering the traditional three-day line-up of entertainment, with the many bands and performances over the weekend that makes the Sevens one of Hong Kong’s best entertainment values.”
