March 8 marks a day dedicated globally to illuminating the stories and struggles of women – International Women's Day. The theme for 2024 is "Inspire Inclusion,” cultivating a world that recognizes the significance of making space for women in decision-making roles across all spheres of life.

The essence of the motto to Inspire Inclusion lies in recognising and valuing the unique perspectives and contributions of women from various backgrounds, especially those from marginalised communities. It is about fostering a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment among all women, ensuring they can feel confident knowing their place as an integral part of society.
