Looking for authentic Apple products? It’s easier now as the Apple premium reseller Machines opened the doors of their fifth store last April 5 in Suria KLCC, offering products ranging from iPhones and iPads to MacBooks and other accessories.
Similar to Power Mac stores, they have a bright, traditional retail space with various models displayed on counters and walls for customers to check out. The store also has a space for product demonstrations and workshops like taking portraits with the iPhone 15 Pro model and getting creative with iPads.
Aside from selling Apple products, they also have the Machines Service Center for expert diagnostic advice and repairs. Run by “Machines Warriors” a.k.a. store staff who are knowledgeable about Apple products, guests can expect to receive personalised guidance and reliable services. The store also gives priority to persons with disabilities – adding a dedicated cashier desk to assist them.
To celebrate the launch, the store has several promotions like complimentary workout classes at Babel KLCC for the first 60 customers who will purchase Apple watches until April 25. The first200 customers get up to RM350 additional value when you trade in their devices with them.
