Coley Kuala Lumpur — one of Malaysia's most decorated cocktail bars and most recently ranked No. 83 Best Bar in Asia 2026— is taking over the counter at CONTI' for a one-night-only guest shift on July 23, 2026.
The shift closes out the bar's third anniversary celebrations with four exclusive Machetazo Mezcal cocktails. The takeover runs from 7 PM until late at CONTI'. Leading the evening are Coley Founder CK Kho and bartender Felicity Foo, the reigning Monin Cup Malaysia 2026 champion. Each of the four agave-forward cocktails is priced at RM50.
As for the drinks, the menu leans into bold, slightly unexpected flavor pairings. "Sunset Lover" blends Machetazo espadín with creme de cacao, grenadine, pineapple, coconut milk, pandan, clove, and strawberry. "Jambu" pairs Machetazo salmiana with red plum, china-china, and asam keping. "Maya" mixes Machetazo cupreata with Thai basil, PX sherry, and shiraz, while "What's Up Doc" rounds things out with Machetazo salmiana, Lillet rosé, melon, menthe pastille, carrot, and tiki bitters.
Coley has been a fixture in the Kuala Lumpur bar scene since 2016. Its namesake is Ada "Coley" Coleman, the legendary Savoy bartender. Their formula is a familiar one done well: classic cocktails mixed with local Malaysian influences and building a neighborhood vibe through good hospitality.
This laid-back ethos has earned them industry recognition and awards, such as Best Hospitality Team, as well as placing in Asia's 50 Best Bars.
Kho, with his two decades of hospitality experience, has helped build Kuala Lumpur's modern cocktail movement — now brings that resume to the CONTI' counter. His conviction that the best bars run on warmth and community is the stance that has steered the Malaysian bar culture to where it is today.
