Netflix has released the trailer of its upcoming three-part docuseries about the mysterious disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 (MH370) in 2014, which remains unsolved until today, and the conspiracy theories that followed it.

Titled “MH370: The Flight That Disappeared,” the documentary will air on March 8 in time for the ninth anniversary of the aviation tragedy.

On March 8, 2014, MH370 departed from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Beijing Capitol International Airport with 239 passengers and crew on board. The red-eye flight disappeared en route from radar screens and was last heard of by air traffic control (ATC) around 38 minutes after taking off.

It remains a mystery how a Boeing 777 aircraft disappeared. No one can explain why, and its search became the most expensive in the history of aviation.

The documentary will also feature another Malaysian Airlines flight (MH17), which was shot down by a Russian missile four months after the disappearance of MH370, science journalist and author of “The Plane That Wasn’t There: Why We Haven’t Found MH370” Jeff Wise, and the families and relatives of the passengers.
