Not a Drill: Blackpink to Stage a Concert in Manila in 2023

Multi-awarded K-Pop act Blackpink is set to return to Manila in 2023, as per the group’s announcement on Monday, Aug. 8. Dubbed as “BORN PINK,” the tour is scheduled on Mar. 25, 2023. Other details such as ticket prices, venue, and time have yet to be announced.

The “BORN PINK” tour will mark Blackpink’s second time in the Philippines after their sold-out show at Mall of Asia Arena in 2019. Aside from Manila, the concert will also be staged in neighboring cities such as Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Kaohsiung, and Singapore.

Meanwhile, the group announced they're dropping a new song titled “Pink Venom,” which will be out on streaming platforms on Friday, Aug. 19. It’s the first single off their highly anticipated second studio album “BORN PINK,” which is set for a September release.

Consisting of Jennie Kim, Lisa Manoban, Rosé Park, and Jisoo Kim, Blackpink is a quartet who came to prominence in 2016 for their dance tracks “Boombayah,” “Whistle” and “Playing With Fire.”
