Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits is on fire! One of the pioneers of the Philippine craft beer scene has just snagged the title of Best Small Brewery in Asia at the 2024 Asia Beer Championship!

Held in Singapore last September, this year’s Championship saw fierce competition from 13 countries and over 800 beer entries, all judged by a panel of international brewing experts. But Elias didn’t just show up; they dominated, claiming top honors for the third consecutive year as the Philippines Country Champion.

Among their impressive haul, they won Gold in the Experimental Beer Category with their Puto Bumbong Stout ++, a festive delight made in collaboration with Crema & Creme Coffee Lab that blends coffee, chocolate, and ube. They also took home a Gold Medal for their refreshing Le Petit Mango in the No/Low-Alcohol Beer Category, and Gold for their unique take on the classic Arnold Palmer in the Tea Beer Category, with their Blends, with Benefits.

But Elias kept on pushing the limits! Their Summer Breeze Saison continued its winning streak, clinching Gold in its category and reaffirming its status after being crowned the 2023 Champion Beer of Asia. And let’s not forget Uncle’s Dunkel, which earned Silver in the International Dark Lager Category, showcasing its rich and smooth malt character.

New ventures also paid off, with Elias stepping into the realm of ciders for the first time. Their debut cider, Pear Pressure, won Gold in the Perry/Pear Category, proving they can excel in any style. They even grabbed a Bronze for Orange You Glad I Didn’t Say Vanilla in the Specialty Cider Category.

With a slew of awards and accolades, including several Chairman’s Selections for beers like Lost in Japan and Tripel Dribble, Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits is not just making a splash; they’re creating waves in the craft beer world.
