Raise your glasses, Manila! The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta arrives this November, highlighting the artistry, innovation, and passion driving the local drinking culture.

Running from Nov. 17 to 23, 2025, this weeklong celebration is more than an event about cocktails, but a community-led gathering that showcases the ever evolving drinking culture through cocktail pairing dinners, guest bartender shifts, industry talks, hands-on workshops, and exclusive guest shifts at some of the best bar hotspots across Metro Manila, including Makati, BGC, Quezon City, San Juan, Marikina, and Entertainment City. The exciting showcase will also welcome guest bars from award-winning venues across the region.

Organized by the country’s first drink-centric publication, DrinkCollectiv.com, and DBYW (Drinks Be With You), a community in the local bar scene that brings together bartenders and enthusiasts through events and cocktail competitions, the upcoming event will also feature an exciting lineup of local and international bartenders from top Asian bars, and will shine the spotlight on key industry opinion leaders and organizers of regional cocktail festivals and events such as KLCW, Taiwan Can Drink, Taiwan’s Taichung Cocktail Camp (TCC), and India Bartender Show.

Additionally, attendees can also enjoy exclusive discounts, freebies, and special promotions from various bars, ranging from merchandise, buy-one-get-one drinks, and exclusive Cocktail Fiesta creations.
