What We Know So Far About Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in PH

The wait will soon be over, people! Following its announcement late last year, more details have finally been unveiled on Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s first restaurant in the Philippines!

To be located at the Newport World Resorts in Pasay City, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is scheduled to open this August. Advanced reservations at the restaurant will also be open starting today, Aug. 20, the restaurant announced yesterday.

The restaurant, occupying a total of 400 square meters, will have four stations: one main dining room, one bar and lounge, and two private dining rooms for intimate gatherings that can accommodate up to 10 people each.

It will also serve some of the chef’s signature dishes, such as the highly raved-about Beef Wellington, plus a selection of wines and house-crafted cocktails.

According to a post by Newport World Resorts, Alliance Global Group president and chief executive officer Kevin Tan met with the celebrity chef at The Londoner in Macau to finalize the details of the restaurant’s opening.

“Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the highly sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests,” Tan said in a statement.
