Bringing our pets on trips and spontaneous gala can be difficult, especially because there aren't enough transportation modes that accommodate our fur babies. Good news, though, because ride-hailing app Grab has finally brought back its GrabPet feature!

With GrabPet, fur parents can conveniently bring their pets to the vet, to paw parks, and more without the hassle of commuting. The new feature allows dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, and rabbits to ride with their owners, but of course, with a few reminders.

Here are some things to keep in mind if you will be using the feature:

  • One large pet or up to two small pets are allowed per ride.
  • Pets must have carriers and wear diapers.
  • Pets must be accompanied by human passengers.
  • Pets with fleas and parasites are not allowed to prevent infestation.

Grab also assures passengers that all GrabPet rides have insurance coverage and that their drivers are trained in pet handling.

GrabPet is now available in selected areas of Metro Manila including Makati City, Bonifacio Global City, Shaw-Ortigas, Mall of Asia in Pasay, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Malate and Ermita in Manila, and San Juan City.

To learn more about the service, visit Grab’s website or follow their Facebook page.
