Walking in the sea of blue hues and excited smiles, last weekend was nothing but a dream-like night for the K-Pop boy group BTOB and Filipino Melody as they finally reunited with each other after seven long years of waiting.

After spending 12 good years in the industry, Born to Beat, or widely known as BTOB, has never failed to make their fans’ hearts beat in tune with their angelic voices.

Although everyone’s missing Sungjae on stage, who had to skip the event for an important schedule, members Eunkwang, Minyhuk, Changsub, Hyunsik, and Peniel excitedly entered the venue, introducing their sound to everyone inside the arena with “The Song,” which perfectly sums up the fans and the band’s longing for each other.

The group continued to treat the slow blue ocean with “I’ll Be Your Man,” during which the members shared that they were looking forward to performing it in front of their fans, followed by "Higher,” which pumped everyone’s energy.

Overflowing with excited tears and hearty laughter, the event continued with a special game highlighting the group’s teamwork. Fans eagerly cheered and laughed as the members tried to clutch a win to showcase their undeniably strong 12-year relationship as a group.

To end the first part of their fancon, the group serenaded the crowd with their ballad hit “It’s Okay,” before heading backstage to prepare more exciting performances for their fans.

Back on stage, the group, donning denim outfits, entered with back-to-back performances of their upbeat songs “Day & Night” and “Wind and Wish.”

Capturing the hearts of their Filipino fans, Eunkwang revealed that he has a favorite Filipino song and then proceeded to sing a snippet of SB19’s "Mapa,” which left everyone in awe and wishing for a longer version in which he promised to prepare more the next time they visit again.

Despite the sweltering heat outside, BTOB filled the arena with cherry blossoms and warm feelings with their “Remember That” performance, igniting feelings of love just like how Melody will always be BTOB’s spring.

In a special segment where the boys got the chance to read sticky notes from the fans, BTOB fulfilled every wish on the board: including Hyunsik’s short snippet of their 2013 song, “Second Confession,” TMIs, and overflowing heartwarming messages.

The fancon continued with more performances that fans had waited for for years. They graced the Manila stage with “Beautiful Pain” and “Only One for Me.”

As the event drew to an end, Filipino Melody conveyed their message for the group through a surprise video project and a hand banner with the message: “Our dreams with BTOB finally came true,” bridging their hearts together no matter how long. If the beat and melody of their hearts continue to harmonize, Filipino Melody will always be by BTOB’s side.

Expressing their hearts to their fans, the group performed “Missing You” before the finale of their concert.

Tears and heavy hearts were drummed to excited beats as the band entered once again for their encore with “BlowinUp,” lifting the audience’s spirits.

Wrapping up their Manila leg with “Finale: Our Concert,” the members then took their time to visit every corner of the arena to wave goodbye to their fans before the stage finally closed and fans started to leave, bringing the memories made that night to their hearts.
