Love is truly in the air, and The Beat Asia felt it strongly this Valentine’s season at the recently concluded “ILYSM: A Valentine Harana Concert” at the Araneta Coliseum. Featuring some of the most in-demand OPM artists today, the venue was filled with the best romantic hits that made Heart’s Day extra special.

On the brightly lit stage filled with neon signs that are all connected with love, Janine Teñoso, Rhodessa, Janine Berdin, Rob Deniel, Adie, and Arthur Nery graced the stage to welcome everyone by performing the classic OPM hit “Harana” by Parokya Ni Edgar.

The artists then took turns performing some of the country's iconic hits while adding their own renditions, including "Narda,” performed by Janine Berdin; "Sundo,” by Rhodessa; “Di Na Muli,” by Janine Teñoso; “Closer You and I,” by Adie; “Hinahanap-Hanap Kita,” by Rob Deniel; and “Maging Sino Ka Man” by Arthur Nery.

As the night deepened and the audience continued to sing and swing along, the Big Dome radiated with pink and blush hues, accompanied by romantic tunes.

Each artist prepared a special set where they serenaded the audience with their original songs. Janine Teñoso charmed her way to the stage, followed by Rhodessa’s sweet melodic voice.

Adding to the romantic night, Jerome Ponce and Krissha have also made a special appearance. The lead roles for the latest romantic series “Safe Skies Archer” performed the series’ official soundtrack, to which fans couldn’t help but squeal as they felt the chemistry of the love team go through the roof.

Adie’s amicable presence earned screams and shy giggles from the crowd as he took the stage and performed “Tahanan” before giving the stage to the last performer of the night, Arthur Nery, who shared the stage shortly with Janine Teñoso to perform their song “Pelikula.”
