Beabadoobee fans, listen up! Live Nation Philippines has just announced that the Filipino-British bedroom pop sensation will be bringing her Asia tour to Manila! She’ll be performing on Aug. 12, 2025, at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, so be sure to mark your calendars.

Born in Iloilo City in 2000 before moving to London, Beabadoobee (aka Bea) has captured hearts worldwide with her catchy and comforting indie anthems like “Glue Song,” “The perfect pair,” “the way things go,” “Beaches,” and “Worth It,” to name a few.

She rose to fame with her debut song “Coffee,” which instantly went viral when she first uploaded it to YouTube in 2017.

This is not the young star’s first concert in the Philippines. In September 2022, she took to the stage for "Beatopia Tour 2022 Live in Manila," and in the same year, she made history as the youngest Filipina artist to perform at Coachella. And that was just the beginning — by 2023, she was opening for Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour.

Fans eager to hear tracks from her latest studio album, This Is How Tomorrow Moves, the wait is almost over!

Ticket prices for the upcoming show are as follows: Balcony 1 is priced at P1,750, Balcony 2 is P2,750, Loge is P3,750, Floor B Standing is P4,550, and Floor A Standing is P5,550.

The ticket sales will kick off with an artist presale on May 5 from 11 AM to 11:59 PM, followed by a Mastercard presale on May 6, 10 AM to May 7, 10 AM.

Live Nation Philippines members will get early access on May 7, from 12 NN to 11:59 PM. General ticket sales will begin on May 8 at 12 NN.

Manila’s about to get even hotter this July. And no, not because it’s still summer.

South Korean actor Park Seo-jun will be returning to Manila this July 12, 2025, for the Century Tuna “Fit For Any Role” Ultimate Fan Fest at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Returning for the second time in less than two years, with his last visit in 2023, Park Seo-jun will once again spend time with his Filipino fans and capture their hearts with his unique charm and aura.

The “Century Tuna Presents: Fit For Any Role: Park Seo-jun Live At Araneta Coliseum” is presented by Wilbros Live. Ticketing details will be announced on a future date.

The 36-year-old actor is renowned for his roles in popular K-Dramas “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior” (2016), “Fight For My Way” (2017), “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” (2018), and “Itaewon Class” (2020).

He has also appeared in movies like “Midnight Runners” (2017), “The Divine Fury” (2019), and had a guest appearance in the Oscar-winning film “Parasite” (2019) by Bong Joon-ho as Choi Woo-shik’s friend.

Park Seo-jun made his Hollywood debut in 2023 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film, “The Marvels” as Prince Yan of Aladna, Captain Marvel’s husband.

His most recent roles were for the historical mystery-thriller television series “Gyeongseong Creature” (2023-2024), starring alongside Han So-hee, sports-comedy drama film “Dream” (2023), also starring IU, and “Concrete Utopia” (2023) with Lee Byung-hun and Park Bo-young.

He is also known for his appearances on reality shows, most prominently in “Youn’s Kitchen” (2018), “Youn’s Stay” (2021), and “Jinny’s Kitchen” (2023-2024).

¡Felíz el Día Internacional del Libro! (Happy International Book Day!)

Books have always opened new worlds for everyone who reads them, and for that, they are worth celebrating.

Celebrate World Book Day at the Ayala Triangle Gardens this Apr. 26, 2025, with Instituto Cervantes de Manila’s annual Dia del Libro!

Together with the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines, and in collaboration with Ayala Land and Make It Makati, this annual, one-day book fair will be jam-packed with exciting activities for all ages from 9 AM to 11 PM.

You can expect a book fair with everything from fiction to non-fiction, and poetry to prose by some of Metro Manila’s best bookstores and publishers, with everything at a 20% discount. Plus, as with Spanish tradition every World Book Day, you’ll receive a rose with every purchase.

One of the annual book fair’s highlights is the Escribo el Quijote, in commemoration of the greatest writer in the Spanish language, Miguel de Cervantes. Starting at 9:30 AM, participants will be challenged by Instituto Cervantes to handwrite the novel “Don Quijote” by Cervantes. Those participating will also be receiving a rose.

Other activities include a storytelling session of “El Cartero Simpatico” (The friendly mailman) for kids, a Test Your Spanish booth, a book presentation “El español en Filipinas” by Vibal Publishing, workshops, an Amazing Race called Universitario Yincana, poetry readings, and much more!

Dia del Libro in Manila is so much more than your average book fair — it’s also a celebration of art, music, and culture! You can enjoy activities such as a free beginner Spanish class, a flamenco guitar class, a paella cooking demo by Barcino, a flamenco show, and more!

Whether you’re a longtime book lover, a newbie, or just someone looking for something interesting to do this weekend, Dia del Libro is the way to go!

The tour opened with a headlining slot at "All of the Noise" at The Astbury and will move through venues like Mow’s, SariSari Cocktails, and Minsan Studio, offering fans multiple chances to experience the band’s new era up close. The band will perform songs from their newly released sophomore album, "It Was A Moment," a reflective, resonant collection that explores change, growth, and maturity as the band's members enter their 30s.

Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra Send Off: The UK Tour 2025

The Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) bids farewell to Manila with a grand send-off concert on April 24 at the Metropolitan Theater. As they prepare to tour nine cities in the United Kingdom, this evening will showcase the orchestra’s exceptional musicality and global artistry. Led by the esteemed Maestro Grzegorz Nowak, the PPO will present a rich program featuring works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Elgar, Delius, Vaughan Williams, and Ching.

#GNN10 presents: Pamungkas x scrubb Live in Manila

Pamungkas and Scrubb are joining forces for a Philippine-exclusive concert to celebrate Gabi Na Naman Productions' 10th anniversary. Both acts have previously performed to packed crowds in Manila, but this will be their first time sharing a bill in the country. Filipino bands The Ridleys and Shirebounds will also perform. VIP tickets (P5,200) include soundcheck access, a photo opportunity, merch, and premium viewing. General Admission (P1,900) provides full access to the evening’s performances.

MNL48 REBOOT AND RISE

MNL48 is back! The Philippines’ "first all-female idol group" returns stronger than ever with the "MNL48 Reboot and Rise" on April 26 at SM North EDSA, Annex Atrium. MNLoves can expect around ten live performances, filled with the energy and charm that made the group a pioneer in the local pop idol scene. EBE DANCEL Live at The Social Club at Street Kohi

Ebe Dancel is set to perform at The Social Club, Street Kohi, this April 26. The evening promises heartfelt performances from one of the most iconic voices in Filipino music. Ebe Dancel, former frontman of Sugarfree and now a celebrated solo artist, brings his timeless songs to life — from "Tulog Na" to "Bawat Daan" — in an intimate setting under the stars. Joining the night are opening acts Kathly Badiola and Joshua Kim.

I’m Working on It: A Stand-Up Comedy Special

Ever wondered how a comedy special takes shape? Joseph Montecillo invites you into the process with the "I’m Working on It: A Stand-Up Comedy Special in Progress" on April 26 at Mamser, UNWND Boutique Hotel.
