5 Cafés for Hearty All-Day Breakfast Plates in Singapore

Of the three basic meals we consume everyday, breakfast is the most contentious and controversial. Some people tend to skip it either because they wake up later in the day or do not have enough gusto to eat within hours from getting out of bed. If you are one of those people, here are five all-day breakfast cafés and restaurants in Singapore that will change your mind about the most important meal of the day.
Whisk & Paddle
This riverside café serves delicious eggs Benedict and cream dill mushroom croissant paired with their freshly ground coffee. Diners will enjoy the serene surroundings while in the veranda, which open to the view of Punggol Waterway. Whisk & Paddle is a little farther from the main city, but we’re sure the trip is worth it.

Symmetry
This Jalan Kubor restaurant packs a sumptuous brunch meal that will perk you up for the rest of the day. For S$25, you’ll get a big breakfast meal consisting of scrambled eggs, chicken cheese sausage, mini hash brown, mixed mushrooms, smoked salmon, maple-glazed bacon, berries butter, and sourdough. You can also order their signature eggs and crab Benedict for sharing for S$45. Symmetry is open from 10 AM to 11 PM, Mondays through Sundays.

Common Man Coffee Roasters
A partnership between Spa Esprit Group and Five Senses Coffee, Common Man Coffee Roasters is one of the best places in Singapore to go to for a hot cup of brew. Their beans are locally roasted through sustainable sourcing. If you can’t get enough of their coffee, you can avail of their single origin subscription and make yourself a cup or two at home. Aside from brews, Common Man’s breakfast platters are also something to try. We recommend their umami mushroom avocado toast (S$22) and sauteed kale and creamy egg white scramble (S$24).

Starter Lab Singapore

You can also go for fan favourites almond croix and sausage rolls. You can drop by at Starter Lab Singapore from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Tucked away in Bukit Timah’s neighbourhood, Atlas Coffeehouse has been serving mouthwatering sandwiches and breakfast plates for five years. Start with their granola (S$13.90) and diner-style pancakes (S$15.50) before indulging in something meaty but still healthy like their spicy pork chorizo and organic sunny eggs paired with smashed avocado and sourdough (S$20.90). Atlas Coffeehouse is open everyday, except Mondays, from 8 AM to 7 PM.
