The Elephant Room
Inspired by Singapore’s Little India, The Elephant Room offers cocktails and foods that reflect the culture, trade, people, and history of Singapore. It uses fresh ingredients from Tekka Market, while the infusions and fermentations displayed on its shelves are acquired directly from India.
This cocktail bar in Singapore also highlights the Indian culture through its welcoming aprons that are tailored from leftover saree cloths from Little India. Its name was inspired by a “majestic elephant” that symbolizes companionship, loyalty, and unity.
All cocktails are worth S$24 each. Some of the best-sellers are Goldsmith, Ayurveda, Ghee, Achar, Beeda Man, and Mr. Desker.

The Other Room
Based in Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, The Other Room is one of the unique cocktail bars in Singapore because its liquor products are entirely created in-house led by Dario Knox.
It serves new and improved classic cocktails from recipes during the 18th century inspired by the darkness of the Prohibition Era. This includes Whiskey Sour, Reversed Gin & Tonic, and Old Spanish Pal, among others.

Lumo
Aside from its signature cocktails and wines, Lumo specializes in modern European cuisine.
The term ‘Lumo’ came from the Esperanto word meaning light. The bar’s interior design was based on post-war art decors and modern-era shophouses that feature a warm and cozy ambiance perfect for intimate dining. The bar and kitchen can cater up to 20 to 40 guests, respectively.

Created by Founder Samrudhi Ekhande and powered by De Ideaz, the all-day event is a high-octane celebration of identity, where Desi beats meet global bass, bringing a coterie of names and the larger community together.
“This isn’t just about sound,” says Samrudhi. “It’s about providing a Premium Desi Musical experience, which also helps break away from some of the negative stereotypes that are associated with Indian nightlife.
