FYI: The Famous Anri Bakery from Osaka Is Coming to Singapore
If you love the famous apple pie from Osaka’s Anri Bakery, we’ve got some good news for you! The well-loved Japanese-style bakery and dessert house is finally launching their very first shop in Singapore.
In a Facebook post made on Dec. 18, Anri Bakery SG shared that they’re opening the doors of their bakery in the city very soon to serve their signature pies and other pastries.
Although the opening details have not yet been announced, some shoppers have already spotted their storefront in Takashimaya’s basement level, sending waves of excitement through pastry lovers.
Anri Bakery previously had booths in the seasonal Japanese food fairs of Takashimaya in February and May this year.
Their most popular product, the Aomori apple pie, is made exclusively with apples from the Aomori prefecture, which are known for their juiciness and distinct sweetness and are believed to be one of the best apples in the world.
Not a fan of apples? Don’t worry because they also offer potato pie, purple potato pie, and other delectable bakes. It’s still not sure what their exact menu offerings are, but the menu on their website has cream and chocolate cornets, mini croissants, and more.
Stay tuned for the opening updates through their Facebook page. To find out more about Anri Bakery, visit their website.
