Raise Your Glasses: Negroni Week Returns in Singapore for Its 11th Edition
Another week to drink for a cause is upon us, as Negroni Week is making its comeback in Singapore from Sept. 18-24 with over 90 participating bars.
The event is co-presented by Italian liqueur brand Campari and Imbibe magazine, in collaboration with Slow Food International, the organisation that promotes traditional gastronomy.
Throughout the campaign, Negroni lovers across the city can visit pop-up events at various venues and get exciting food and drink promos. Some bars taking part in the celebration are Jigger & Pony, ANTI:DOTE, Tess Bar & Kitchen, NightHawk, Jungle Ballroom, and Puffy Bois.
To kick off the campaign, Campari will be holding an opening music night at Offtrack, featuring performances from live DJs. An Aperitivo Night will also be held at Puffy Bois on Sept. 21, where guests can purchase the bar’s delectable pizzas, cooked in wood-fired ovens, to pair with their Negronis.
Campari also partnered with IHG Hotels & Resorts to host a roster of Negroni Week events throughout its properties. This includes a Scarlet Sunday Negroni Brunch Buffet at LUCE by Davide Giacomelli in InterContinental Singapore and a Negroni Week Exclusive Fountain Punch at Publico Ristorante & Garden at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, among many others.
Proceeds from the event will go to various local projects by the Negroni Week Fund and Slow Food International. Participating bars will be given the liberty to donate a portion of sales from every Negroni purchased during the week.
