Enjoy a Hassle-Free Check-in at Changi Airport’s Jewel Check-in Lounge

Skip the long lines when flying this holiday season! Changi Airport is giving a PSA to passengers that the Jewel Changi Check-in Lounge is open to those who would like to check in as early as 24 hours before their flight and enjoy different perks inside their lounge.

Perfect for passengers who are bringing in odd-sized baggage and will be flying on Terminal 1, the lounge allows early check-in from three to 24 hours before their flight through AirAsia, Qantas, and Singapore Airlines, excluding flights going to the United States.

Scoot passengers, excluding those flying to Jeddah, are allowed to do early check-in three to 18 hours before departure, while Japan Airlines, Jetstar, and Qatar Airways passengers are allowed three to 12 hours before flight departure time.

Other airlines are also allowed to check in the lounge for the usual three hours before departure time. For the full list of airlines and guidelines, you can check Changi Airport’s website.

The Jewel Check-in Lounge is open daily from 8 AM-11:59 PM to provide travellers with a seamless airport experience.
