Eyes here, sneakerheads! Immerse yourselves in street culture while on a relaxing vacation as Resorts World Cruises introduced a new thematic cruise, “Kicks and Beats,” aboard their Genting Dream ship.

Set sail and enjoy an exciting lineup of activities for two or three nights, including graffiti art performances by artists like Newba and Oleksandr. You could also channel your inner artist through their workshops on customising your favourite kicks. Learn new ways to lace them up or paint them with the help of renowned Malaysian artist, Louis Ong.

If you’re a fan of vintage or limited-edition sneakers and have been wanting to get your hands on them, this might be your chance. There will be a special collection on board that you can admire or purchase along with a retail space full of shelves stocked with sportswear and accessories from top brands like Nike, Adidas, and New Balance. Shop ‘til you drop!

Learning street culture also means learning how to breakdance. Pick up a new skill and learn hip-hop dance moves at a guided class by a talented dancer or groove to the beat with other guests while watching street dance performances.

Trips are departing from two ports only, Singapore and Port Klang, Malaysia. For Singapore, there are one- to three-night cruises going to and from Port Klang/Penang, Malaysia, and Phuket, Thailand. For more information, follow Resorts World Cruises Instagram.
