Explore "Here & Elsewhere," a community art exhibition presented by Sing Lit Station and Migrant Writers of Singapore, from Jan. 18-25, 2026, at Visual Arts Centre. Open daily from 12 PM to 7:30 PM, the exhibition showcases over 60 works by more than 40 artists, including poetry, collage, painting, textile, and mixed-media pieces. Created over the course of a year through shared workshops, the collection reflects on belonging, memory, and the lives built in Singapore alongside memories carried from far away.
Visitors can participate in the DIY, participatory spirit of the exhibition by contributing their own words and images, furthering the conversation of what it means to exist both here and elsewhere. The opening programme on Jan. 18, 2026, from 1 PM to 2 PM includes poetry readings, a curators’ talk, and refreshments, while the closing programme on Jan. 25, 2026, from 6 PM to 7 PM features poetry readings. RSVP is required for the opening programme.
Selected works will also be available for adoption via donations to Sing Lit Station, supporting ongoing migrant writing programmes. This exhibition provides a unique space to witness and celebrate the creativity and stories of diverse communities in Singapore.

Experience the Pokémon Day-to-Night Adventure from Nov. 22, 2025, to April 30, 2026, aboard the Singapore Cable Car Sky Network. By day, step into a vibrant world where Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Jigglypuff, and Gengar accompany riders above the city. The cable cars feature Pokémon-themed interiors perfect for photo opportunities, offering a panoramic view of Sentosa, Resorts World Sentosa’s Adventure Cove, and lush jungle landscapes.
As night falls from 7:45 PM onwards, the adventure transforms into a glowing spectacle. Each group receives a complimentary UV torch, revealing hidden Pokémon silhouettes and five flying-type Pokémon including Gyarados, Pidgeot, Charizard, Dragonite, and Aerodactyl that come to life under UV light. Keen explorers may even catch a glimpse of the elusive Mew, adding a layer of mystery to the nighttime journey.
With multiple stops along the Mount Faber–Sentosa line, guests can combine this thrilling ride with a full Sentosa experience. The adventure is suitable for visitors of all ages, with the last boarding at 9:30 PM daily. Whether visiting by day or night, this unique cable car experience brings Pokémon magic to life, making every ride unforgettable!

Immerse yourself in the international debut of SKULLPANDA CAGE-UNCAGE Singapore, running from Dec. 12, 2025, to Feb. 22, 2026, at the National Museum of Singapore. This interactive showcase explores the interplay of certainty and freedom through the lens of POP MART’s iconic SKULLPANDA character. Visitors can engage with visually striking installations reflecting six major life themes — Emotion, Fortune, Rules, Exploration, Life, and Direction — encouraging reflection on choices and possibilities that define everyday experiences.
Created in 2018 by Chinese multidisciplinary artist Xiong Miao, SKULLPANDA represents the artist’s embrace of life’s uncertainties. The Singapore exhibition includes timed-entry ticketed showcases at the Stamford Gallery (Level 1) and Gallery Theatre (Basement Level), a Merchandise Pop-Up Store at Longer Concourse (Level 1), and free-to-access art installations on the Front Lawn and Level 1 Spaces.

Celebrate the 10th edition of Light to Night Singapore 2026 from Jan. 9 to 31, 2026, spanning four vibrant weekends at the National Gallery Singapore and Padang. With the theme “The Power in Us,” the festival explores the strength of collective creativity, inviting audiences to reflect, converse, and co-create with art. This year’s festival promises an immersive experience with interactive installations, crowd-favorite façade projections, and performances that encourage participation in unexpected ways.
Festivalgoers can enjoy programmes such as My Tour, My Rules with Zaki Hussain, exploring rebellious and provocative artworks on Jan. 10, 17, and 24, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM (S$15 per pax), or Power Card Reading with Elaine (@tarotonthemoon) on Jan. 11, 18, and 25, from 2 PM to 5 PM (S$20 per pax), where participants receive personalized insights guiding them through the gallery.
