Lea Salonga – Stage, Screen & Everything in Between

Discover the complex interplay of ecology, labor, and material culture at Elia Nurvista and Bagus Pandega: Nafasan Bumi ~ An Endless Harvest, on view from Jan. 16 to May 31, 2026, from 10 AM to 7 PM, at SAM, Level 3, Gallery 3, Tanjong Pagar Distripark. This immersive exhibition explores how relentless extraction — from plantations to electric futures — affects the very “breath of the Earth,” tracing the afterlives of materials that persist long after their use.

Bagus Pandega integrates programming, industrial systems, and plant biofeedback to reveal the environmental and socio-political impact of Indonesia’s extractive economies, while Elia Nurvista interrogates the politics of food, inequality, and ecological sustainability through batik, sculpture, performance, and video.
