The Lion City is about to be gifted with another lifestyle hotspot, as Singapore-based hospitality group, The Lo & Behold, has its eyes set on revamping a former Nan Chiau High School site into an “ever-evolving destination for those with a curious mind."

The new lifestyle cluster, which is set to open in the second quarter of 2024, retains the original brutalist architecture of Nan Chiau and spans 20,156 square metres. It will house various dining, culture, retail, wellness, and art establishments from over 50 local and international labels.

Some establishments Singaporeans can expect from the new lifestyle space are Michelin-recognised restaurants The Coconut Club and San Shu Gong; retail shops Ginlee and Omno; and wellness establishments Hideaway and Off Duty Pilates, among many others.

Lo & Behold Group also enlisted a team of designers, architects, landscapers, construction, and lighting consultants to put the development into reality. This includes Sunray Group Holdings, architecture firm FARM, landscaping design studio This Humid House, branding company OMFGCO, lighting design emporium SWITCH, and creative consultant Nice Projects.

The new space will rise at 46 Kim Yam Road in Singapore. To learn more about it, visit Lo & Behold’s website or follow its Instagram page.
