Singapore International Film Festival 2023 to Kick Off on Nov. 30

Ready your eyes and hearts for an unparalleled cinematic experience, as the annual Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) is landing in the Lion City this November!

Happening from Nov. 30 to Dec. 10, the 34th edition of the film festival will feature a diverse selection of 101 movies across 50 countries, showcasing the “rich tapestry of international cinema.”

One of the highlights of the festival is the forum “In Conversation: Fan Bingbing,” where the Chinese superstar and SGIFF Cinema Icon Award recipient Fan Bingbing will be attending. Fans can also look forward to her in-person appearance at the screening of her recent film, “Green Night.”

Other events to look forward to are the “Asian Feature Film Competition,” which will recognise the best feature films by various Asian directors; the “Singapore Panorama,” which will exhibit films by emerging and renowned filmmakers in Singapore; and “Foreground,” featuring six genre-driven films from various international countries, among others.
