MUU Bangkok to Host Exclusive Four-Hands Dinner from Feb. 28-29
Prepare for two nights of culinary delight, as MUU Bangkok is inviting enthusiastic diners in the city to a four-hands collaboration dinner that will bring a unique fusion of Italian and Turkish cuisine!
Called “Treasure Hunting,” the exclusive dinner will take place on Feb. 28-29 at the MUU Hotel in Bangkok. It will feature two renowned chefs, Fat Lamb Restaurant owner and Iron Chef 2019 winner chef Tharit “Yakup” Tangsongsirisak and Otto Italian Restaurant head chef Thanaphon “Jay” Chatuporncharoenchai.
The dinner includes a four-course menu based on “Earth,” “Sea,” “River,” and “Land” themes. The menu will consist of items made from “uncommon” ingredients, such as Mediterranean Sea bass from France and spices and ingredients from Turkey, creating never-before-tasted flavours from the two chefs.
“The chefs collaborated on a dessert dish that they devised using valuable ingredients from Turkey and Chiang Mai. We guarantee that our guests will experience the happiness of Treasure Hunting,” said Phiwat Sansawadipetra, food and beverage manager at Otto Restaurant, in a press release.
To top it off, the dishes will be accompanied by a dazzling wine pairing by Swirl Cellar and Wine Bar’s wine guru, Khun Kittisak Jarayabhand, as well as specially curated cocktails and beverages by mixologist Khun Oak from 008 BAR.
The “Treasure Hunting” exclusive dinner is available for only 40 people per night and starts at THB3,800++ per person. To learn more about it or to book your seats, contact 02 090 9000 or email [email protected].
